Terms of Service

By accessing or using InspectMove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including residents, property managers, and administrators.

InspectMove provides a digital property inspection platform that allows users to document property conditions through timestamped photography, digital signatures, and automated report generation. The Service is intended for legitimate residential and commercial property inspection purposes only.

All content on the InspectMove platform — including but not limited to the software, design, logo, graphics, text, and user interface — is the exclusive property of InspectMove and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
• Use InspectMove's branding, logo, or name in any way that implies endorsement without consent.

Your content: You retain ownership of photos and inspection data you upload. By using the Service, you grant InspectMove a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

Inspection reports generated on InspectMove are created for the specific property inspection documented within the platform. You agree not to:

• Falsify, alter, or tamper with inspection photos, timestamps, or signatures.
• Submit inspection reports as your own work if generated by another party.
• Reuse or repurpose photos from a previous inspection to fraudulently represent a different property or date.
• Present AI-generated or edited images as authentic inspection documentation.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.

InspectMove is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in accordance with applicable accessibility standards (including WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines where feasible).

We strive to ensure that:

• Our platform is navigable by keyboard and screen readers.
• Sufficient color contrast is maintained throughout the interface.
• Images and media include meaningful alternative text where applicable.
• Forms and interactive elements are clearly labeled.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• Using the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Obtaining any required consents before submitting another person's personal data (e.g., resident information).

Certain features of InspectMove require payment. All fees are stated in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

InspectMove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that inspection reports will be accepted by any court, landlord, or legal authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectMove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
